The Role: Humanitarian Volunteer in Project Management

As a volunteer, you will join the local project team and support the implementation and monitoring of activities related to:

  • Inclusive quality education

  • Children’s rights and protection

Training and Support

Before departure, volunteers will receive online training covering WeWorld’s policies, humanitarian principles, safety and security, and practical arrangements. Upon arrival in Benin, an on-site induction will help integrate volunteers into their roles and the local context.

During the mission, volunteers will be encouraged to participate in further learning opportunities, including online courses and local workshops. A small training budget is available, and access to WeWorld’s e-learning platform is provided.

Who Can Apply

WeWorld is looking for:

  • Motivated individuals who have not yet participated in ESC Humanitarian Aid volunteering

  • People aged 18–35 from eligible countries

  • Basic knowledge of French

  • Adaptability, cultural openness, and teamwork skills
