In collaboration with Trove Health, mDoc is expanding its services and seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Clinical Hub Ambassadors. This role is ideal for those located in or near Ikorodu, Badagry, Ikeja, Lagos (Eko), or Epe.
Position Overview
As a Clinical Hub Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering both virtual and in-person self-management support to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to guide individuals through their healthcare journey, empowering them to take charge of their wellness through personalized tools and support.
This is a full-time position requiring in-person presence six days a week, including a half-day on Saturdays. You will collaborate with a virtual team to ensure members receive comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
Hub Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the health hub, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Drive member subscription uptake and coordinate health education sessions, screenings, and other activities.
- Maintain hub supplies and educational materials to support member needs.
Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach initiatives to promote hub services and health education programs.
- Gather and address community feedback to enhance service delivery.
Healthcare Delivery:
- Provide primary healthcare services, including health assessments, basic treatments, and referrals.
- Educate members on self-care practices, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Support the implementation of telehealth services and digital health tools.
Requirements
- Qualification: Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) certification is required. Additional qualifications in nursing, midwifery, psychology, counseling, health education, exercise science, nutrition, or dietetics are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in health promotion or chronic illness management is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and "person-centered" skills.
- Comfortable with technology and assisting others in using digital tools.
- Passion for improving healthcare experiences, outcomes, and affordability.
- Ability to analyze and respond to patient and population health data.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
Location: Must be based in Lagos, preferably in Ikorodu.
Licensure: Valid licensure and registration materials are mandatory.
