Are you a skilled Data Management Specialist with experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis? MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their team. If you have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, enter, process, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage and present data effectively.
• Work with Management Information Systems (MIS), with DHIS2 experience being a plus.
• Generate high-quality reports and presentations with precision.
• Handle multiple data sources and indicators, ensuring accurate interpretation.
• Conduct on-site data audits and training as needed.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Hausa (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in database management and data interpretation.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and training sessions.
