Are you a skilled Data Management Specialist with experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis? MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their team. If you have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, enter, process, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage and present data effectively.
- Work with Management Information Systems (MIS), with DHIS2 experience being a plus.
- Generate high-quality reports and presentations with precision.
- Handle multiple data sources and indicators, ensuring accurate interpretation.
- Conduct on-site data audits and training as needed.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining strong organizational skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Hausa (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in database management and data interpretation.
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and training sessions.
