Role Overview

Talklove Africa Foundation is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join their team as a Volunteer Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for making a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage diaries and schedules efficiently.
  • Handle clerical tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in personal assistance or executive administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in diary management and clerical tasks.
  • Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt.
